Enrollment in programs is subject to availability and acceptance. Program schedules, content, and pricing may change. Participants are expected to follow all conduct, safety, and participation guidelines provided by Dr. Robot’s STEM Academy. Refunds, cancellations, and transfers are governed by the Refund Policy listed below.

Dr. Robot’s STEM Academy respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our educational programs and communicate with families. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Dr. Robot’s STEM Academy does not store full credit card information. We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date may receive a partial refund or credit at the discretion of Dr. Robot’s STEM Academy. No refunds will be issued once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by Dr. Robot’s STEM Academy, a full refund will be provided. Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@drrobotacademy.com.
